What are the cancellation conditions for an online purchase?
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item. This right does not apply to custom-made simulators, as they are manufactured according to customer specifications.
What warranties are offered on the products purchased?
LP SIMU offers a two-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers, as well as a two-year hidden defects guarantee from the discovery of the defect. Some items may also benefit from a specific commercial guarantee.
How are deliveries handled, and what fees may apply?
Deliveries are available only within the European Union (excluding overseas territories). Delivery fees vary depending on the destination, delivery method, and item type. Customs duties, import taxes, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
